Ocean's Ocean - Ocean Blog - Ocean's Blog -Mermaid Blog

My career is in music - singing, songwriting and producing, and I'm also a lyricist and composer, topliner, DJ Mixer and dance music devotee.

i'm a surfer, world-traveler,volunteer for animal rescuing, and i have in my family tons of rescued fellow animals.

i adore history, anthropology and logical, clear thinking on all issues in public life, including politics, saving the world, finding better ways to do things.
the zeitgeist of every situation is mandatory to a complete understanding of any issue, and emotion, although it excites people, should be out of politics altogether.

currently, only using cheerleadery and fact-deterring methods is keeping the republicans politically alive with their minions.
apparently rush limbaugh with whatever appeal he has (I don't see any!) has a stirring style. he actually was a cheer-leader which should give you some idea of what and who he really is and why he's been effective in leading people astray from the issues.

the Democrats had better get a little more interesting and animate, like we primates all respond to, by jumping around, grimacing, and coming alive.
this, apparently, is what garners votes.

forget the dour words, and concentrate on the showbizzy aspects, as the Republicans do and remember - as they know, negative emotions stir up more easily than the other type, and they ably handle all jousts with true issues by physicality and diverting of attention, as the old Romans did.

this is my political thought of the day. Democrats? Drop the abortion issue so the many religious voters can focus on everyday issues that concern them, and not feel that their spiritual values are at stake! Women's rights votes have never counted anyway, and less so today.

here is my posting on Nefertiti, really named Nefrotete -
i love your article - i struggled through yet another history channel show on Nefertiti, and isn't her real name Nefrotete?, with almost no real investigation - no mention of her alien origins, no mention of her as the source of the new god, no mention of the fierce xenophobia, gynephobia, and deophobia, since she weilded power over, as they saw it, the Pharoah and over worship and the country, no mention of the fact that Tut was most likely a step-son, or what country Nef was most likely from - i had always wondered about the elongated skull, having studied anthropolgy and noticed that Nordic and Africans often have it, and had wondered from which area she had originated.you have answered many questions for me today!thanks, Oceanhttp://www.OceanMusic.com
p.s.- i'm a history and anthropology and traveling fiend - i love Egyptology! their art and style are unsurpassed!
